Please note that vintage is 20+ years old and wear and tear is to be expected. This is a part of what makes it unique. We try to note any major flaws as well as include the age of clothing as well, sometimes we're able to get it down to the exact year. Other times we provide the decade or era.

Vintage Care Guide
1. Hand wash vintage from 1960s and earlier. 2. Airing vs Washing: Try the airing method for delicate fabrics, airing can remove odor without damaging the garment. 3. To preserve the condition of your vintage refrain from frequent washing. Repeated washing can cause damage. 4. Never wash embroidered silks or satins, ever! 5. Dry Clean specialty vintage items that are durable enough for it, if you’re unsure check with a local dry cleaner. 6. Keep vintage out of sunlight. 7. Always wash in cold water.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damage to clothing due to improper care or from using our guidelines or recommendations. Please use your best judgment when caring for your vintage. As always, less is more.
Vintage Size Guide
A rule of thumb to follow is that vintage sizes are at least four sizes smaller than modern sizes. The further back in time you go, the smaller the clothes get, and you may have to adjust up another size or two.
Example: If you wear a size 10 in modern sizing you could wear anywhere from a 12-18 in vintage sizing. Knowing your measurements can help. We try to include measurements on our garments that aren’t so true to size or offer a “fits like” size. Please email us if you ever have inquires about measurements for specific items.
Chest/Bust: Measured from armpit to armpit across the front of the garment and doubled. Length: Measured from collar to the hem of the garment. Sleeve Length: Measured from shoulder to cuff. Shoulder: Measurement taken from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
