70s G.J. Clar Blouse

Vintage 70s 3/4 length sleeve blouse with a wide scoop neck. The fabric is polyester and the print is grey and white stripes with tiny polka dots and paisleys. The sleeves are slightly puffy and they have straps with loops at the ends. There are small slits on the sides of the bottom of the body of the shirt.
